Co-Founder and Medical Director
Dr. Bilal Lateef, Co-Founder and Medical Director of Ketamine Wellness Institute (KWI), is from Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Lateef established Ketamine Wellness Institute in 2017, the first physician-led Ketamine infusion clinic in the piedmont.
Having grown up and lived in the Triangle for over 30 years, he has a strong appreciation for and personal commitment to the local community. He completed his undergraduate education at Duke University, majoring in Neuroscience and Psychology.
Subsequently, he went to the University of North Carolina (UNC)- Chapel Hill for Medical School. Dr. Lateef remained at UNC Hospitals for his Anesthesiology training and Interventional Pain Management Fellowship. Dr. Lateef believes in individualized patient care and wellness.
In his free time, Dr. Lateef enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and reading.
