Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD): For those who have tried at least two different antidepressants without finding relief.

Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) with Acute Suicidal Ideation or Behavior: A fast-acting treatment option for individuals facing severe symptoms and urgent needs.
SPRAVATO® uses an innovative mechanism for addressing depression. Under the supervision of a qualified healthcare provider, the nasal spray targets NMDA receptors in the brain, which can produce rapid and meaningful symptom relief.
Patients receive SPRAVATO® in a certified treatment center, where they remain under close observation for at least two hours after administration to ensure safety and comfort.

Your evaluation for Spravato begins with an initial face-to-face or virtual phone consultation with one of our healthcare providers, billed to your insurance. During this visit, we review your medical history and treatment needs to confirm eligibility for Spravato. If you are eligible, we then verify your insurance coverage and coordinate benefits with major providers.
For IV ketamine infusion therapy, the process is different. We offer a phone consultation to determine candidacy. Please note that IV ketamine is a fee-for-service treatment and is not billed to insurance.

Once approved, your initial SPRAVATO® session is scheduled. Treatments are administered in our clinic under strict medical supervision. You self-administer the nasal spray in a calm, controlled environment and are monitored for at least two hours to ensure safety and address any side effects.

Your treatment plan begins with an induction phase, typically involving twice-weekly sessions. Over time, this transitions to a maintenance phase with less frequent treatments, customized to your unique mental health goals.

Our team remains by your side throughout your journey, offering regular follow-ups to monitor progress and address concerns. We adjust your treatment plan as needed, coordinate with your referring provider, and ensure you have the resources for sustained mental health improvement.
